My new beginners class is now fully up and running (6.00pm Monday and Wednesday at Yeadon Westfield Infants School LS19 - first 2 lessons free ! call me on 07792 075748 or e-mail pkn4395@gmail.com) we have four regular students two of whom are now on the build up towards grading to yellow belt.
I've also just deliver the first 100 or so mailers to local homes in the area - so if you find the blog as a result of a mailer - Hi there and hope to hear from you soon.
